Role summary
Coral is a startup at the intersection of climate and fintech that makes sustainable building upgrades like heat pumps, batteries, and EV chargers more affordable and accessible. Our mission is to accelerate the electrification of the built environment through innovative financing solutions.
We’re seeking a customer-obsessed Growth Associate to help spearhead all things growth, including Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Partnerships, working closely with our CEO and Commercial Operations Lead. This role is based in NYC (hybrid) and will require some travel to visit our contractor and industry partners.
What you’ll do
Customer success (50%)
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor for our contractor customers, helping them get the most out of Coral and grow their business
- Help execute our customer success playbook and drive key CS initiatives, including onboarding, training, and ongoing customer engagement
- Influence the product roadmap by deeply understanding customer needs and pain points, synthesizing feedback for our product team, and guiding product prioritization
Sales (25%)
- Engage in outbound sales efforts, building on our playbook for lead prioritization, segmentation, and top-of-funnel outreach leveraging AI to drive efficient growth
- Support customer demos, including designing collateral and pitch materials
- Assist our Commercial Operations Lead and CEO to optimize GTM analytics and revenue operations, establish and track against KPIs, and maximize conversion
GTM Partnerships (25%)
- Manage relationships with key partners to drive customer acquisition at scale
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience, with much of that experience in a B2B customer-facing role
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, especially emotional intelligence and empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ownership mindset
